This Return & Refund Policy applies to AvyraLondon, operated by Ecomora.

We are committed to full transparency and compliance with UK, EU consumer protection laws, Shopify Payments requirements, Stripe policies, and Google Merchant Center guidelines.


1. 30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After 30 days, we may refuse the return unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all original tags (if applicable)

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the package is safely returned.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as non-refundable)

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by us

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


9. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@avyralondon.com.


10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are non-refundable.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping and related fees may be deducted from the refund.


11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, customer communication, and policy agreement to the payment provider.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute.
